The Kaleinar-3 150 mm f/2.8 (Russian: "Калейнар") is a fast prime telephoto lens for a medium format cameras with Pentacon Six or Kiev-88 mounts.
An excellent Kaleinar-3 portrait / short telephoto lens for the Kiev 88 medium format 6x6 camera family (Kiev 88, Salut C, Zenith 80 Kiev-6S / C Kiev-60 and Pentacon Six). Good used conditions. Clean optics with no scratches, haze or fungus. No oil on aperture blades. Smooth focusing and click stopped. Aperture opens and closes as required. Signs of use on outer casing, slightly more on the original metal front cap. The internal construction of the lens is modeled after a Carl Zeiss prototype and easily matches its inspiration in image quality. In the main, most of all Soviet lenses are exceptionally good and this is no exception!
It can also be mounted via adapters on digital and film SRL/DSLR cameras, using it as a manual lens.
